Supplication to seek for Protection against The loss of graces and wellness

All praises be to Allah, the Lord of the universe, peace and prayer be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
There is another brief supplication that is meaningful, taken from the book of “Riyadush Sholihin” by An Nawawi, that is the supplication for protection from the loss of graces and illness.
From Abdullah Ibn Umar, he said, “Among the supplication of the Messenger of Allah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- is this:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ
“ALLOOHUMMA INNII A’UUDZU BIKA MIN ZAWAALI NI’MATIK, WA TAHAWWULI AAFIYATIK, WA FUJAA’ATI NIQMATIK, WA JAMII’I SAKHOTHIK.” [O Allah, verily I seek protection from You, from the loss of graces You've given me, and from the changing of wellness You've granted, from Your sudden chastisement, and from all kinds of Your wrath.] (Narrated by Muslim, in hadith no. 2739)
Benefits of this hadith:

Firstly: The meaning of grace here is the grace of Islam, faith, goodness, and piety. Thus, in this prayer we seek protection from the loss of those graces. The meaning of “loss” here is the unchangeable lost.
Secondly: The meaning of ‘changing of wellness’ (‘afiyah) here is the turning of wellness into illness. Further, changing of Wellness here means the loss of wellness from one’s hearing, sight, and other body parts. Thus, this supplication means we are continually asking for wellness (that doesn’t change into illness) of our hearing, sight, and other body parts.
Thirdly: The meaning of “fuja’ah” is ‘suddenly coming’. Whereas “niqmah” means torture and wrath. In this supplication, We’re seeking Allah’s protection from His sudden torture, chastisement, and wrath.
Fourthly: In this supplication, we are also asking for Allah to protect us from His wrath, that is (from doing) every thing that may lead us to Allah’s wrath.
Hopefully we’ll be able to practice this great supplication and be able to get various benefits from it.
